HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

1) Processing time:

Within 1-3 working days of the order, it is checked, approved and packaged. Your package is then prepared for transport.

2) Delivery time:

Once the package has been picked up by our shipping company, it takes:

Austria: 5-13 working days*
Germany: 5-13 working days*
Switzerland: 5-13 working days*
The package is delivered by DHL, DPD or the Swiss Post, depending on the country.

*All shipping times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday.
